Job Summary

Director - Client Growth Partner (Retail) leads high-impact account growth initiatives for one or more key retail accounts, delivering double-digit YOY growth and positioning Nagarro as a strategic partner for AI transformation. Responsible for CXO-level engagement, expanding the breadth/depth of engagements, driving revenue targets through structured account planning, shaping CXO agendas, and collaborating across delivery, solution, and sales teams to craft value propositions. Maintains regular onsite client presence (minimum weekly) and leverages AI-enabled solutions to drive productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. Advocates AI/GenAI concepts in client conversations and secures public testimonials. Requires enterprise account leadership experience, ability to articulate business value with CIO/CTO/CDO/heads, and a proven track record of account expansion in a professional services context. Required Qualifications

  • IT consulting experience
  • retail industry experience
  • Has at least 5 years of key account leadership or similar focused experience with a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm
  • Ability to engage with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads
  • AI fluency in an industry context
  • Deal shaping and commercial acumen; procurement and legal negotiations
  • Collaborative operator with engineering and capability teams
  • Strong market research and account segmentation skills
