Director, Client Executive

Director, Client Executive in Zurich with hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite per week) overseeing enterprise client relationships and growth strategy. Responsibilities include developing enterprise-wide strategic plans to grow revenue through deepening existing relationships and pursuing new prospects, consulting with clients and senior executives, identifying leads, coordinating cross-functional resources, structuring deals, and presenting firm capabilities across product offerings. Requires extensive financial services experience, ability to engage key decision-makers up to C-suite, and collaboration with product, marketing, legal, compliance and other teams. Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of total work experience preferred; bi-lingual English-German are helpful.
