Director Client Delivery

Directs day-to-day client operations and leads the planning, development, and implementation of policies, objectives, and initiatives for acute or physician revenue cycle activities. Builds and nurtures client relationships, influences onsite operations, and ensures results; collaborates with CFOs and client leadership to support analysis, reporting, and service-line development. Partners with on-site operational teams to drive performance, manage payer policy changes, and ensure compliance. Facilitates monthly client meetings to review performance, strategic initiatives, and escalated support needs. Requires travel at least 75% of the time. Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership in complex, client-facing environments, plus 3-5 years of people leadership. Demonstrates executive-level communication skills and the ability to collaborate with client executives and Boards. Proficiency with AI-enabled process improvements and experience leading teams using AI for operational enhancements.
