Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of compliance strategies across data privacy, information security, and cloud service domains. Conduct gap analyses to drive remediation plans and build monitoring checklists for administrative, technical, and physical security programs. Partner with engineering, security, privacy, legal, and product teams while overseeing compliance management for Coupang Intelligent Cloud Service. Provide executive-level updates on compliance posture and analyze regulatory changes to integrate new requirements. Mentor and develop a high-performing compliance team to ensure all environments meet applicable standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Deep specialization in either Data Privacy & Information Security or Cloud Service Compliance
- Experience identifying and remediating compliance issues
- Experience developing compliance monitoring checklists
- Technical proficiency in cloud, security, or privacy frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive experience in data privacy compliance
- Strong knowledge of security controls
- Experience with K-ISMS-P
- ISO 27001/27701
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
- Understanding of cloud compliance architectures
- Experience with certifications such as CSAP
