Job Summary
Director, Chief of Staff to the Head of Product Management. Owns operating rhythm and leadership cadence for the Product organization; ensures agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups are structured and efficient; maintains operating-system artifacts such as templates, trackers, decision logs, and readouts. Maintains a portfolio-level view of leadership priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions; surfaces execution risks and recommends options to unblock work. Establishes dashboards that provide delivery health, achievements, and key business indicators; synthesizes complex inputs into concise leadership insights. Acts as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM; orchestrates readiness for launches, reviews, and critical issues. Prepares executive-ready materials and serves as a proxy to gather inputs and drive alignment. Partners with Finance and HR on planning inputs such as headcount tracking and operating readiness. Requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, strong communication, judgment, and the ability to influence in matrixed organizations; preferred overlap with Product Management and Engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations roles
- Demonstrated ability to run senior leadership cadences and drive execution rigor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
- High judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information
- Ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong comfort with metrics, dashboards, and operational insights
