Job Summary
Director at Lake District Chick-fil-A Lakeland location to lead store operations with an entrepreneurial mindset. Sets the vision for FOH and BOH processes, recruits, onboarding and trains staff, implements playbooks to improve food safety, productivity, and sales, and develops a high-performing team of Team Members, Team Leaders, Assistant Managers and Managers. Responsible for scheduling, inventory management, weekly/quarterly meetings, maintaining Food Safety, Food Quality, and Customer Service standards, and achieving top-tier labor, food safety/quality metrics, and sales growth. Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurially minded hospitality professional with restaurant experience
- Ability to recruit, onboard, and train staff
- Experience leading Front of House and Back of House operations
- Skills to implement FOH and BOH playbooks
- Strong scheduling and workforce planning (min 2 weeks in advance)
- Focus on Food Safety, Food Quality, and Customer Service standards
- Ability to lead and develop team members and managers
- Inventory management and vendor coordination
- Budget management including labor, food cost, and sales goals
