Director

Director responsible for managing HR platform for applicant inflow, screening and interviewing candidates with the Owner/Operator, and collaborating to continually improve the hiring process. Responsibilities include onboarding orientations focused on core values and hospitality culture, ordering and processing uniform requests, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed timely, assisting the Operator with performance evaluation development and execution, employee retention strategies, and culture initiatives. Recruiting duties include attending job fairs, developing social media recruitment processes, and coordinating with the Director team on talent needs and postings. Administrative duties cover office organization, processing supplier invoices, payroll, and managing the employee benefits package. This role supports teamwork and leadership development within a Chick-fil-A restaurant environment.
