Job Summary
Lead daily operations at the Las Vegas Blvd and I-215 location by coaching and developing the team while strategically growing sales and brand presence. Execute business improvements through outside-the-box leadership, maintain ownership of resources, and foster a positive atmosphere capable of handling multi-million dollar operational complexities. Requires 4 to 5 years of restaurant leadership experience, open availability, and a high capacity to understand dynamic industry challenges. Work directly under the CEO with access to in-depth coaching, leadership development programs for potential franchise ownership, and opportunities to grow the brand nationally.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of restaurant/Chick-fil-A Leadership experience
- Must have open availability
- Understands business, food and hospitality industry
- Has high level capacity to understand the dynamic challenges and complexities of a multi-million dollar operation, successfully
- Ability to create a positive atmosphere and lead a team
- Multi-tasking beast
