Job Summary
Director, Charter School Operations in Michigan responsible for leading school operations, staff development, student success, and campus performance. Oversees academics, operations, school culture, staff management, safety, budgeting, enrollment growth, and community engagement. Leads and coaches teachers and staff; monitors student performance and implements strategies to improve outcomes; ensures compliance with policies and educational standards; hires and evaluates personnel; builds relationships with parents and stakeholders; ensures a safe, structured, high-performing learning environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 3-5+ years of school leadership experience; strong communication and organizational skills; offers a $100,000 base salary plus performance bonuses; full-time exempt role in Michigan.
