Job Summary
Lead facility operations and maintenance across multiple school sites, supervise maintenance teams and vendors, manage work-order systems, track SLAs, and ensure timely issue resolution. Oversee budgets, small projects, and facility improvements; coordinate with vendors/contractors including bidding, compliance, and service quality. Support safety compliance, inspections, and emergency preparedness; assist with school openings, expansions, and renovations. Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance. Requires regular regional travel and the role is hybrid across office, campuses, and project sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance teams and vendors
- Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
- Experience with ticketing/work-order systems (FMX, Zendesk, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and travel regularly
