Job Summary
Lead complex CFO engagements for healthcare organizations nationwide by serving as a strategic finance advisor to CEOs, Boards, and executive leadership teams. Provide high-level guidance on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and operational improvement while defining and improving the firm's CFO service model. Coach and mentor consultants on technical, operational, and leadership questions to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with leadership to expand the service line through proposal development, sales pursuits, and identifying new market opportunities. Establish quality assurance processes and scalable solutions that support long-term growth for community health centers and other healthcare organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience
- Experience serving as a CFO, Fractional CFO, healthcare finance executive, or senior healthcare consultant
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, budgeting, financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
- Experience building processes, creating scalable solutions, and driving organizational growth
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with Boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for mentoring others and helping build a best-in-class consulting practice
- Prior consulting experience serving healthcare providers, community health centers, or other healthcare organizations
- CPA, MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification
