Director Cath Lab - RN

Oversee the operational management of the Cath Lab, including staffing, budgeting, and workflow optimization to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures while providing leadership and mentorship to nursing staff to foster professional growth. Collaborate with physicians and other departments to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency, monitoring performance to meet clinical and operational goals. Ensure staff are trained and equipped to provide care appropriate to the age and medical needs of patients. Requires a Master's degree, five years of clinical experience, and two years of progressive management experience. Current RN license in Nevada and BCLS certification are mandatory.
