Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Category Management and Merchandising function for the Americas (NorAm and LatAm), setting the category strategy and ensuring alignment of range decisions with margin targets, inventory positions, and sell-through. Drive the merchandising architecture across owned retail, IBD, and ecommerce; manage seasonal merchandising plans; define range architecture; ensure consistent product storytelling across physical and digital shelves; oversee demand forecasting and supply planning for both regions; lead and develop a planning team and coordinate with senior leadership and key retail accounts. Requires extensive senior-level experience in category management/merchandising (10+ years), strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, familiarity with Latin American markets, bilingual preferred (English and Spanish or Portuguese), and willingness to travel 50–60% across NorAm and LatAm.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years across category management, merchandising, or related commercial roles
- experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
