Job Summary
Direct the care management team and departmental operations to develop strategies that improve member and provider experience while achieving cost-effective healthcare outcomes. Evaluate performance, oversee talent management, and lead process improvements to meet quality and cost objectives. Develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with federal, state, and NCQA standards, while contributing to clinical care pathways and influencing strategic decisions. Manage departmental budgets, oversee data reporting metrics, and lead the onboarding, hiring, and training of new team members. Requires an Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license, nationally recognized case management certification, and 7+ years of related management experience. Salary ranges from $121,500 to $224,900 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Reside within Oklahoma or be willing to relocate
- Onsite meetings at the Oklahoma City office
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- Prior management experience
- Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Nationally recognized case management certification
