Job Summary
Direct management, performance monitoring, and outcome tracking of Cardiovascular Services, including Non-Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, and Vascular Lab. Collaborate with nursing divisions to optimize workflows, access, and resource utilization while overseeing annual budget development and strategic business planning. Coordinate patient triage and physician needs across telemetry, emergency, and clinic units to enhance care delivery. Lead optimization of cardiology operations to improve provider efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Requires 5+ years of service line leadership and 3+ years in cardiovascular roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Relevant and current clinical licensure
- 5+ years of service line leadership
- 3+ years of Cardiovascular Leadership experience
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead leadership teams in a healthcare setting
- Exceptional strategic thinking
- Ability to develop and execute long-term plans that improve patient care, increase operational efficiency, and expand services
- Financial acumen
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience optimizing resource allocation
- Experience ensuring the sustainability of programs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
