Director, Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cardiovascular & Interventional Radiology services, including Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Catheterization Labs, Electrophysiology Lab, Recovery Unit, and Cardiac and Vascular Diagnostic Services. Partner with physician leaders and hospital executives to develop service line strategies that drive exceptional patient outcomes, operational excellence, financial performance, quality, safety, and employee engagement. Direct workforce planning and staffing strategies while fostering strong interdisciplinary partnerships to streamline care delivery. Develop, mentor, and empower leaders through performance expectations, ongoing coaching, and succession planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and quality metrics to enhance clinical outcomes and efficiency. Oversee departmental operations, including strategic planning, budget management, regulatory compliance, and resource allocation. Lead the growth of Inova Alexandria Hospital's cardiovascular programs as the new campus opens at the former Landmark Mall redevelopment site.
