Job Summary
Director, Card Program Management responsible for bringing Splitit’s first card program to market and scaling its operations post-launch. Lead cross-functional efforts to drive readiness across internal teams and external partners, structure workstreams from concept to launch, onboard key partners (sponsor bank, servicer, network), identify risks and resolve issues, design core servicing processes (call center operations, statements, disputes, communications), coordinate with the sponsor bank for configuration and approvals, manage day-to-day program operations with vendors, establish KPIs and governance, and maintain ongoing partner relationships to ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in launching and operating card programs at a senior level
- Strong understanding of the card ecosystem including sponsor banks, processors, servicers, and networks
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments and bring structure to complex programs
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on differentiated products and high-quality user experiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and experience managing external partners and executive stakeholders
