Lead investment sales strategies for major investment properties in Shanghai & East China; develop and win investment opportunities by maintaining & expanding relationships with existing clients, developers, and government authorities; perform market research and provide benchmarking resources; support subordinates with timely investment feasibility analyses and reporting; coordinate senior professionals to meet revenue and profitability targets; fluent in Chinese and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills; opportunity to grow career and develop a team; long-term domestic and international opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years working experiences in sales, marketing or property related investment
- Fluent in both Chinese and English in writing and speaking
- Good presentation and negotiation skills with a proven track records
- In-depth understanding of Shanghai business environment mandatory
