Director Cancer Operations

Oversee daily operations for all oncology service lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across Radiation Oncology, Urologic Oncology, and Infusions. Partner with physician directors to manage workflow, staffing, and resource allocation while standardizing operational processes and clinical pathways. Monitor key performance indicators related to patient access, throughput, and satisfaction, and lead initiatives driving quality improvement, safety, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategic vision for oncology services, including new technologies, service line expansion, and partnerships aligned with long-term objectives. Manage budgets for all oncology-related cost centers, analyze financial data to identify trends, and ensure appropriate reimbursement and revenue integrity. Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements including ACHC, ACR/ASTRO, QOPI, and NYS Department of Health. Provide direct leadership to oncology managers and clinical supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and mentoring team members for succession planning. Collaborate with Human Resources to drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing staff. Serve as the operational liaison between AMP oncology services, the COO, and physician leadership to ensure seamless patient care coordination and alignment of goals.
