Director, Cancer Center

Provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology physician practice and infusion services. Lead decisions regarding relocation strategy, equipment purchases, space planning, and the future use of the existing cancer center. Complete and implement a protocol allowing chemotherapy services to be provided at a hospital approximately three miles away. Lead the expansion into two new levels of therapy requiring advanced oncology and infusion leadership experience. Collaborate with medical oncologists and organizational stakeholders to support operational excellence, patient-centered care, and readiness for the new facility. This interim-to-permanent role supports HCT's mission to deliver comprehensive cancer care.
