Job Summary
Director of Business Systems & GTM Technology responsible for strategy, architecture, and execution of tools, integrations, and processes powering the go-to-market motion. Leads a small team of business systems professionals, partnering with RevOps, sales, engineering, and data. Sets direction, governance, and delivery speed for systems powering the revenue engine; hands-on enough to understand architecture and delivery details while guiding priorities and accountability across tools, data, integrations, and team execution. Responsibilities include owning Salesforce data model and CI/CD release process, managing a Salesforce developer and GTM analyst, governing GTM tools (Gong, Orum, inContact/Salesforce integration), overseeing OneTrust, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics data flows, partnering with data team (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI) for centralized marketing analytics, owning internal .NET CRM service integration with Salesforce REST APIs, establishing KPIs and dashboards, and driving governance and cost-of-ownership improvements. Requirements include 7+ years in related functions, hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot ownership, CI/CD and release governance experience, IVR integrations familiarity, modern data stack experience, consent management familiarity, strong problem-solving and communication skills, agile experience, and ability to operate both independently and in a team.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in business systems, GTM technology, marketing operations, or a closely related function
- direct hands-on ownership of Salesforce and HubSpot
- experience managing and developing IC reports in technical or operational disciplines
- technical ability to evaluate architecture, write requirements, own an integration decision, and hold a developer accountable
- experience with CI/CD pipelines, change management, and release governance
- familiarity with IVR integrations (inContact, Five9, Genesys, or similar)
- familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI or similar BI tooling)
- working knowledge of consent management platforms (OneTrust or similar) and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics / Posthog
- strong problem-solving and governance skills for CRM-connected tools
- strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- experience with agile methodologies
- understanding GTM data flows, attribution models, and integration patterns between CRM, marketing automation, and BI
- ability to operate individually and as part of a team
