Job Summary
Direct and manage the Business Systems team to deliver technology solutions that align with business priorities. Responsibilities include partnering with business and technology leaders, coordinating IT resources to implement new systems, eliciting requirements, writing user stories, documenting functional requirements and data/flow diagrams, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Drive evaluation of technical options, collaborating with developers and IT experts to balance cost, time, usability, performance, and scalability. Ensure clear conduit between user communities and the software development team, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, perform ROI analysis, define project scope/goals/deliverables/budget, and develop plans to ensure successful delivery within constraints. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 9+ years in business analysis or similar roles, 5+ years of IT leadership, and 3+ years of people management; experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 9+ years of related experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership ability with information technology teams
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Experience managing IT projects, preferably using scrum or other agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and product management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
