Job Summary

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a portfolio of domain-specific platforms, solutions, and enabling technologies supporting HR & Employee Services. Lead prioritization, resource planning, and governance for enhancements, new capabilities, and transformation initiatives across the domain. Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and change leadership. Establish and continuously improve service delivery, operational management, and support practices to ensure consistent, efficient outcomes. Oversee a team of 50-75 direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This hybrid role requires up to 50% travel to support business needs and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in information technology, with significant responsibility for employee-facing platforms, service delivery, or enterprise applications (e.g. ServiceNow, Workday, Five9)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and portfolios that span technology strategy, service operations, and business process improvement
  • Experience partnering with functional, shared services, or business operations leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives involving governance, change management, vendor management and adoption of new capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and aligning teams through changing priorities, capability building, and execution of strategic roadmaps
  • Experience with HR technology, employee service delivery, shared services, or enterprise support models
  • Strategic planning, platform lifecycle management, and portfolio management
  • Stakeholder engagement and executive communication
  • Vendor management, contract oversight, and partner collaboration
  • Change management, adoption planning, and organizational enablement
  • Data-driven decision-making using service metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
