Job Summary
Director of Business Solutions will oversee strategic planning and analytics for the Corporate Partnerships department, leading the Business Solutions team to develop innovative partnership strategies, commercial opportunities, and revenue-driving solutions across the Miami Dolphins properties, including Hard Rock Stadium and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. The role partners with Partnership Development and Corporate Partnership Sales to maximize partnership value, support revenue generation, and deliver customized, data-driven solutions aligning partner objectives with organizational goals. Responsibilities include strategic leadership and revenue growth, analytics and performance insights, inventory optimization, sales enablement and business development support, leadership and operational excellence, and mentorship of direct reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 7+ years in related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and CRM platforms, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, business solutions, activation, or related field; sports and entertainment industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of partnership strategy, sponsorship sales, and revenue generation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with KORE Software or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing team members
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
