Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners by providing timely software and maintenance support while championing Real Property Management's systems to drive their growth. Develop key performance indicators to measure organizational and individual franchise location performance. Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance the franchisee experience through active engagement and collaboration. Plan and coordinate brand initiatives to reinforce Real Property Management's priorities as the premier third-party real estate management organization in North America. Enable franchisees to achieve success through business ownership within the Real Property Management system. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of related experience, and 10-25% travel. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) or more years related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management, or equivalent combination of experience
- 10-25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- business, finance, property management preferred
- Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred
