Director, Business Operations

Director, Business Operations responsible for building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1 across multiple countries. Responsibilities include setting up new offices and entities, implementing payroll and local operations, managing vendors, supporting recruiting operations, and ensuring scalable execution. Leads business operations across markets, develops and manages a team of Business Operations Partners, oversees office setup and market launches, payroll implementation, vendor relationships, recruiter onboarding and hiring activities, and plans company events and operational logistics. Tracks initiatives, drives process improvements for speed and reliability, and collaborates across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions to ensure timely execution. The role requires ability to manage multiple priorities with strong ownership and independent decision-making in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
