Director, Business Operations responsible for building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1, including setting up new offices and entities, implementing payroll and local operations, managing vendors, supporting recruiting operations, and ensuring scalable execution across markets. Lead multi-country business operations and oversee a team of Business Operations Partners, office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, vendor management, recruiting operations, recruiter onboarding, and hiring activities. Drive process improvements to increase speed and reliability, plan events and logistics, track key initiatives, and collaborate across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions in a hands-on, high-ownership environment.
