Job Summary
Director, Business Operations role overseeing全球 operations and internal infrastructure. Lead business operations across multiple countries, manage a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, and local operational requirements. Manage external vendors and service providers, support recruiting operations and hiring activities, and plan company events and logistics. Focus on improving processes to increase speed and reliability, track key initiatives, and ensure timely completion. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions with high ownership and decisive execution. Interview process may include up to 3 steps; virtual or onsite. The role requires experience in business operations and the ability to work across markets with a hands-on, highly autonomous approach.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions
- Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently
- High ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
