Job Summary
Directs the enterprise BI and analytics program, leading the BI team and data-platform initiatives to enable data-informed decision-making across network operations, customer experience, sales, marketing, finance, and product management. Responsible for defining and executing the BI strategy, partnering with executive leadership to establish KPIs, delivering executive dashboards and reports, guiding advanced analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring data governance and compliance, and collaborating with IT and data engineering to maintain scalable data warehouses and reporting environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data management, or related functions
- 5+ years in leadership or management roles
- Telecommunications industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executive-level decision making
- Advanced knowledge of: SQL, Data warehousing, ETL processes, Data modeling, Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning
