Job Summary
Serve as the strategic HR partner to the Diabetes Care business, leveraging consulting skills to develop HR strategies, needs assessments, and solutions that align with broader global business objectives. Balance short-term tactics with long-term strategies to deliver against operational plans and implement a talent plan ensuring the right workforce for financial commitments and team performance. In partnership with the divisional vice president, drive change management initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners across Area BHR, Practice Areas, and Service Centers. Manage multiple projects while ensuring the quality and responsiveness of all HR service delivery for the client group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR business partner or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with managers and co-workers at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess human capital needs and work collaboratively to develop and implement value-added solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent analysis and decision-making skills
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing HR programs
