Job Summary

Lead Anduril's Mission Autonomy growth strategy across European partner nations, identifying and shaping new business opportunities for software and integrated autonomous systems. Develop capture strategies tailored to each country's unique procurement processes and build senior-level relationships with defense ministries, military service branches, and industry partners in the UK, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium. Drive complex, multi-year engagements including technology demonstrations, engineering sprints, and co-production arrangements while maintaining an accurate international sales pipeline. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Government Relations, and Legal to ensure engagements meet regulatory requirements and translate partner needs into product development priorities. Represent Anduril at international defense conferences and exhibitions, conveying client perspectives to the enterprise and serving as the external brand ambassador.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • demonstrated experience in international defense business development
  • demonstrated experience in foreign military sales
  • demonstrated experience in allied partnerships
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with European defense organizations at the senior official and program stakeholder level
  • Working understanding of international defense procurement processes
  • specific experience in European allied nations
  • Familiarity with U.S. export control regimes (ITAR/EAR)
  • Familiarity with international defense sales mechanisms (FMS, DCS, and government-to-government agreements)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • experience presenting to senior executives
  • experience presenting to foreign military officials
  • experience presenting to industry partners
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50%
  • extended periods in-region as required
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
