Job Summary

Seeking a Director of Business Development at Luzern Risk to own mid-market and enterprise sales, contributing to revenue growth and shaping the outbound sales strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, owning complex, consultative deals with mid and larger companies at $250K+ ACVs.
  • Experience in a complex-sale environment (not necessarily insurance) and ability to sell to CFOs, risk leaders, and operators.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience selling into regulated or operationally complex markets (insurance, fintech, compliance, healthcare) is a plus.
  • Success in early-stage or scaling environments (e.g., Series A–B or PE-backed) where you helped build or proved out a repeatable sales motion.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be CT or ET based.
