Job Summary
Directs business development and government affairs for Delta Dental of Idaho, leading partnerships, go-to-market execution for prepaid dental and related products, and advocacy with legislative and regulatory stakeholders. Responsibilities include sourcing strategic opportunities, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, monitoring market trends, maintaining relationships within the business community, and liaising with CMS and state regulators. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales, business development, government relations, public policy, or a related field (healthcare, dental, or insurance experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the dental benefit marketplace, dental plans, and products.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and governmental publications; communicate effectively through business correspondence and presentations.
