Job Summary
Director, Business Applications – Treasury leads analytical, business and technical support for treasury processes and applications. Drives strategic direction for business analytics and decision-support solutions, guides staff, oversees research of business processes and technology opportunities, and ensures risks are identified and managed per policies. Requires 8+ years in analytics/technology support, 3+ years of supervisory leadership, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SAP proficiency, project management, and Agile experience are preferred. Role supports hybrid/office-based work with a four-days-in-office requirement and can be based in San Antonio, Plano, or Charlotte. USAA does not sponsor visas for this role; relocation assistance is not available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 8 or more years experience in analytical or technology support position
- 3 or more years of direct supervisory experience or leadership of projects of equivalent length and complexity
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP
- Project Management experience
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile Frameworks
- Treasury and/or Accounting background
