Director Business Applications

Director of Business Applications leading the enterprise application portfolio across multiple operating companies, steering a multi-year rationalization roadmap, standing up and operationalizing iPaaS/integration backbone, and governing integrations across ERP, HR/Payroll, field operations, fleet/telematics, finance, and analytics. Partners with CIO, MSPs, vendors, and implementation partners; supports M&A integration efforts, application discovery, migration planning, and migration toward modern SaaS/cloud platforms; manages lifecycle governance, upgrades, retirement, and vendor relationships; develops enterprise governance standards across data domains. Ideal candidate brings 12+ years in enterprise applications leadership, experience in acquisitive environments, ERP ecosystem expertise, integrations/iPaaS background, and a track record of post-merger consolidation and strong vendor/SaaS governance. Preferred industries include construction, industrial services, infrastructure, and distributed workforce operations; technologies include Sage Intacct, Vista/Viewpoint, Dayforce, HCSS, Samsara, Snowflake, Power BI, and middleware/iPaaS platforms. The role offers direct CIO visibility, a greenfield leadership opportunity, and long-term growth as the company scales through acquisitions. The position is remote within the United States.
