Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of Single Adult shelter locations; supervise a team including Operations Manager, Shift Supervisor, Private Security and Residential Aides; interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations; ensure DHS/OTDA compliance and coordinate corrective action plans; train and supervise operations staff; conduct site visits with DHS/OTDA; monitor safety and incident reporting; maintain relations with property owners and staff; coordinate shifts, client intake in CARES, and food delivery; manage program development and office logistics; ensure adherence to food handling protocols and DHS/OTDA standards; engage in crisis intervention and coordinate with DHS HERO unit; prepare incident reports and maintain documentation; proficient in Microsoft Office and data management; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least three (3) years of experience in a related field
