Job Summary

Director, Broad Market Americas West leads and grows a strategic portfolio across the Americas West with clear account coverage and prioritization. Responsible for defining and executing regional account and territory strategies aligned to growth objectives, leading account planning and opportunity reviews with BU and executive leadership, and driving solution-based selling to expand multi-product, application-driven growth across strategic accounts. Builds senior customer relationships as a trusted partner and escalation point, drives multi-threaded engagement with customer engineering, procurement, and business leadership, and owns regional revenue performance including forecast accuracy, pipeline health, design-win conversion, and share gain. Represents the voice of the customer to BUs, influencing product strategy and portfolio investments, leads high-value negotiations, identifies opportunities through market and competitive insight, and serves as the primary interface between Sales and BUs, aligning priorities and resources. Influences go-to-market strategies and coordinates cross-functional support from FAEs, marketing, and BU teams to accelerate growth, and establishes a disciplined regional operating cadence with strong CRM rigor, KPI tracking, scalable processes, and corporate compliance.
