Job Summary
Director, Brand Protection role responsible for protecting the integrity of Wolverine Worldwide’s brand portfolio by identifying, investigating, and mitigating threats such as unauthorized online sales, counterfeit goods, and MAP violations. Lead data-driven brand protection strategies, develop and monitor policies across brands, oversee enforcement actions with Legal and brand teams, and build dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into compliance and marketplace activity. Lead analysis of pricing and marketplace activity, implement and manage digital monitoring tools, educate sales teams on policies, and prepare executive summaries for senior management. Build and develop a high-performing brand protection team, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and strategic enforcement planning. Normal office environment with a flexible hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote); some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in brand protection, investigations, e-commerce/marketplace operations, data analytics, supply chain, corporate security, compliance, or related field
