Director Brand Licensing

Director Brand Licensing role leading strategic planning and operational leadership for Philips’ brand licensing initiatives. Develop strategic plans to identify category opportunities, explore growth with partners, and drive brand value with business clusters, M&A teams, and licensing agents. Direct brand licensing colleagues, manage licensee relationships including contract negotiation, trademark and brand adherence, and growth opportunities. Lead brand committee meetings and ensure adherence to licensing agreements and financial obligations. Requires strategic thinking, strong commercial skills, extensive licensing experience, ability to travel internationally (about 25%), and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
