Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of Versaterm's global communications strategy across media relations, corporate reputation, and brand storytelling. Drive proactive and reactive media engagement to strengthen industry leadership while managing PR agency partnerships and ensuring consistent message excellence. Own the enterprise content strategy, developing integrated editorial calendars that align business priorities, product launches, and major events across the corporate website, blogs, and social platforms. Develop strategic communications for senior leaders, including keynote speeches, op-eds, and presentations, while overseeing corporate announcements and crisis management planning. Partner with the GTM team to refine messaging and secure earned visibility through analyst relations and conference engagements. Integrate AI and emerging technologies into the strategy to improve development, workflows, and team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
- 10-15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related fields
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience developing and evolving brand positioning, messaging and corporate narratives in a high-growth B2B technology environment
- Strong media relations expertise
- Established relationships across technology, business and industry trade media
- Experience managing and collaborating with creative and communications agencies
- Exceptional storytelling, writing and executive communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technology and business strategies into compelling, human-centered narratives
- Experience developing SEO-informed content strategies
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve development, workflows and team effectiveness
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy
- Successful completion of a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check
- Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances
