Job Summary
Director, BGS Operations – Distribution lead for North America C&E/S&C warehouse, chemical and logistics operations, driving operational excellence across a geographically dispersed organization. Establish warehousing and logistics strategies, work with senior leaders and major customers to enable growth, ensure on-time delivery per customer requirements, and demonstrate strong execution under budget and schedule. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ability to analyze complex issues, and a proven track record in Lean/process improvement, KPI tracking, and program execution. Relocation is available based on eligibility; visa sponsorship is not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a senior leader or senior manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience with General Business Operations, general supply chain and/or program management
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience engaging with senior executive leadership and customers
- Experience in a high volume operations environment
