Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an organizationally aligned global benefits strategy covering health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. Oversee end-to-end administration ensuring scalability across regions while driving continuous improvement through market benchmarking and employee insights. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to align offerings with workforce priorities, manage vendor relationships and RFPs, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations. Deliver responsive support for complex inquiries and execute clear communication strategies to improve benefit utilization. This role requires 10+ years of progressive benefits experience with at least 5+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work model and some travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive benefits experience
- at least 5+ years in the Biopharmaceutical industry
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations
- Experience managing global benefits programs
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP
