Job Summary
Directs the design, implementation, and administration of health, wellness, and retirement programs; leads the benefits team to deliver strategies aligned with company priorities and values; analyzes market trends and demographics to recommend program enhancements; partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant benefits; develops and executes employee communication strategies; performs plan design and impact analyses; oversees governance and risk management for benefit plans; manages external vendor partnerships; responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing benefits team; base pay range $130,000–$178,000; located in Irvine, CA or Scottsdale, AZ or Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
- CEBS, CBP, CCP, PHR or SPHR or related certification preferred
