Job Summary
Directs all functions, staff, and daily operations within a banking center; implements the banking center network strategy to achieve sales, customer service, P&L, and operational goals; cultivates and manages client relationships, cross-sells bank products, and ensures compliance and internal controls; leads team development, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback; maintains knowledge of asset, liability, and partner products and services; drives audits and regulatory adherence; collaborates with segment and line-of-business partners to achieve growth and profitability objectives; contributes to career development opportunities and supports branch staffing and coverage. Requires strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and communication skills, and a proven track record in banking with experience in sales and operations management.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of banking experience
- leadership and managerial experience
- strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- knowledge of retail banking products and services
- ability to coach and develop staff
- compliance with banking regulations and policies
- ability to schedule staff and manage operations
- BS/BA degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required
