Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of the enterprise automation strategy for calibration operations, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance productivity and operational consistency. Act as the primary liaison between Operations, IT, and key business stakeholders to ensure automation solutions meet technical and business requirements while driving change management efforts for successful tool adoption. Monitor industry trends to lead research and development efforts that pilot and scale new automation solutions, including data automation and workflow optimization. Travel to lab locations to support hands-on implementation, provide leadership during rollout, and foster a culture of innovation across all calibration labs. Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, system integration needs, and data security considerations for automation projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in operational leadership, process improvement, or technology deployment, preferably in calibration, manufacturing, or industrial services
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%-40%) to support implementation and adoption across multiple locations

  • Prior experience in the calibration industry
