Job Summary
Director-level leadership for Enterprise Automation and Reporting: own and evolve the enterprise reporting and analytics function, deliver dashboards and KPI frameworks, define a data warehouse strategy for Corporate IT, integrate multiple data sources (operations, workforce, vendor spend), partner with technology, engineering, and operations to drive automation that reduces toil and improves efficiency, build and lead automation and analytics teams, establish governance and best practices for automation platforms, drive adoption of Generative AI to modernize reporting, collaborate with senior leadership on operational metrics and strategic insights, manage vendor relationships and budget for automation and reporting, and oversee 24x7 global IT operations with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree OR at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) OR 13+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience building or scaling automation programs using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python scripting, RPA platforms, or AIOps solutions
- Strong proficiency in reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow dashboards)
- Experience integrating Generative AI tools into automation or reporting workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical content to executive audiences
- Background in ITIL or comparable IT service management frameworks
- Experience operating in a 24x7 global technology environment
