Director/Associate Director, Health Provider Management

Job Summary
Director/Associate Director, Health Provider Management to drive strategic engagement with distribution channels through promotion of healthcare providers and cashless services. Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, agency channels, and healthcare providers to enhance awareness, utilization, and customer experience of health service offerings. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement & communication, provider network coordination, health service promotion & content development, training & capability building, insights & continuous improvement, and project & strategy support. Requires university graduate with bachelor-level education, extensive healthcare/insurance industry experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Hybrid working arrangement in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- University graduates with bachelor’s degree holder or above
- Healthcare or nursing background is a plus
- Over 10 years' experience in insurance and/or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in customer-facing roles
- Excellent knowledge of health services, insurance products & provisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and attentive with strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to resolve disputes effectively and proactively
- A team player who demonstrates strong ownership and accountability
