Job Summary

Lead a high-performing ASO Sales team by motivating, hiring, and retaining top talent while executing a standardized management operating rhythm to achieve assigned revenue targets. Drive team performance through weekly coaching, one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and call shadowing, ensuring strict adherence to activity metrics and weekly goals. Develop and implement quarterly and annual business plans to meet forecast commitments and Key Performance Indicators, while removing internal barriers and resolving conflicts to accelerate deals. Build a robust ecosystem with brokers, CPAs, and fractional CFOs, collaborate across industry verticals to deepen expertise, and drive demand generation through local marketing events. Navigate complex sales processes with C-level executives, utilizing financial acumen and Salesforce proficiency to manage quotas and maintain regional profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 3+ years successful sales management experience, preferably leading a field-sales team
  • Typically 3+ years experience in consultative sales, B2B sales experience
  • Proven PEO, HCM and/or ASO experience
  • A minimum of 25% travel
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and help direct reports drive new client business
  • Ability to forecast and manage quota
  • Ability to demonstrate financial acuity by understanding key financial reports and measures (e.g., P&L, Balance sheet, profitability measures, etc.)
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of sales revenue model to maintain predictable regional profitability through pipeline and clients
  • Strong Excel skills to be able to analyze a prospect's hard and soft costs and translate that into a persuasive economic presentation
  • Proven financial acumen
  • Experience with technology and common software and web applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate successfully at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
