Job Summary
The Director, Artificial Intelligence will lead the division’s AI-driven value creation agenda, driving measurable revenue growth, margin expansion, productivity gains, and compliance strength. This role focuses on building an AI value portfolio aligned to divisional strategy and scaling AI initiatives for tangible financial impact. Key responsibilities include owning annual AI-driven EBITDA improvement targets, building AI literacy across teams, identifying AI-enabled growth opportunities, leading automation and process improvements, and managing external AI partners to minimize risk while maximizing time-to-value.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business leadership, operations, product management, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation
- Proven ownership of financial outcomes (revenue growth, cost reduction, margin expansion)
- Experience prioritizing investments and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Working knowledge of AI, advanced analytics, and modern digital platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI or analytics solutions in an enterprise environment
- Experience managing external technology vendors
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or engineered product environments
- Experience operating within enterprise governance frameworks
