Job Summary
Directs and leads enterprise finance applications supporting Tax, Treasury, and Controllership (A2R) across DePuy Synthes. Sets strategic direction for finance technology platforms, ensuring stable, compliant, and scalable systems (e.g., SAP S/4 Finance, Kyriba) that enable accurate financial reporting, cash and risk management, and regulatory compliance. Partners with Finance leadership to translate regulatory and business strategies into scalable roadmaps, oversees lifecycle management, upgrades, and vendor governance, and develops a high‐performing IT finance team to drive standardization and transformation programs across global finance systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree preferred

- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in finance systems
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into scalable IT solutions
- SAP S/4 Finance, Kyriba, and related ERP/finance platform experience
- Vendor management and system integration oversight
- Regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Experience with finance transformation initiatives and separations
- MBA or equivalent preferred; CPA or IT/Finance certifications preferred
